The Day Tour of Aswan High Dam, Unfinished Obelisk and Philae Temple will begin with an air conditioned vehicle pick up and transfer to the amazing High Dam, a revolutionary structure erected in the 1960’s in order to protect the population and lands from the annual flooding of the mighty Nile River.
From the Aswan Dam, you will proceed to the Unfinished Obelisk for an education on the ancient methods used for cutting obelisks. This particular one is said to have been owned by the 18th Dynasty ruler, Queen Hatshepsut. Once finished exploring here, you will be transferred to the marvelous Philae Temple, erected in honor of Isis.

Your tour begins at 9 am, 7 days per week. This trip takes approximately 4 hours to complete.
