Day 1: Arrival in Aswan/ Nile Cruise Sights
Embark on a great journey onboard the MS Eugenie starting with a great lunch. Relish the moment of viewing great wonders while sailing on the waters of Lake Nasser. Enjoy the Kalabsha Temple that holds many important inscriptions. Next, visit the Beit El Wali which is also known as the House of the Holy Man. Finally, the last spot to visit on the first day of your tour is the Kiosk of Kertassi, a small Roman kiosk with many columns. In the afternoon, get the chance to relax and have tea at the lounge. At the end of the day, feast on a tasty dinner and spend the night on board.
Day 2: Temples of Wadi El Seboua, Dakka and Meharakka
The cruise ship continues to sail to Wadi El Seboua and have some refreshments while passing along the Tropic of Cancer. Before enjoying your next stops, take your lunch and be ready for another day of a great trip. Visit the Temples of Wadi El Seboua, Dakka and Meharakka. These great temples were threatened by flood while the Aswan Dam was constructed and were moved to a better location about 4 kilometers away from the original site. Eugenie will continue to sail to Amada area, so have enjoy your dinner and spend the night on the cruiser.
Day 3: Abu Simbel Temples
Enjoy the morning along the harbors of Amada and be greeted with a great breakfast. Here, you will visit the unique Temples of Derr that was cut in the rock. The Temple of Amada is known in Nubia as the oldest Egyptian temple and the humble Temple of Penout. The day continues to the waters of Kasr Ibrim and from the sundeck of the ship, witness the Citadel of Kasr Ibrim which is a great site for archaeological inquiry. Entry to this site is not allowed but you can still appreciate the beauty of the fortress with a great view from the cruiser. Next stop is the Temples of Abu Simbel where you can enjoy its colossal monuments. An optional Sound and Light Show can be availed and be reminded that ticket is not included in the trip. End the day with a sumptuous candlelight dinner.
Day 4: Disembarkation
Have your breakfast on board. Join an optional tour to Abu Simbel, but ticket for the second trip is not included. Prepare to disembark MS Eugenie Lake Nasser Cruise.
