Your Day Trip to Alamein and Alexandria will begin with a complimentary pick up from your hotel in Cairo or Giza around 5 am. From here, you will be escorted via air conditioned vehicle to El Alamein, where World War II left its mark, and tombs and wreckage are visible. The Military Museum and the peninsula, citadel-like burial grounds of the multicultural soldiers who died together here.
Alexandria awaits after this stark educational experience, with Pompay’s Pillar and the Qaitbay Citadel as main attractions. Your tour will end with a stunning peek around the Roman Catacombs, a thee layer cemetery carved from rock.
