Tour Itinerary

This exclusive tour of the Tanis and Bubastis areas requires a special permit from the Cairo Department of Antiquities, but is well worth the extra paperwork.

The tour will leave from your accommodation and head through a tiny village known as Zagazig before taking you to the delta capital of Ramses II, San el Hagar. From here, you will take the agricultural road to Bubastis, the ancient worship grounds where the cat was once a god. After visiting the ruins at Tanis, lunch awaits at the Suez Canal.


Per Person and Group Pricing are as follows:

• Single: $150
• 2 to 3 persons: $95
• 4 to 6 persons: $85
• 7 to 10 persons: $75
• Large Group rates to be determined
  

This tour begins at 7 am, 7 days per week, and takes approximately 10 hours to complete. This tour departs from Cairo only.

Inclusions

A guide of your native tongue, complimentary mineral water, taxes, fees, and service charges, admission and entrance to all listed destinations, and all transfers via air conditioned vehicle.
