Day 1: Arrive in Egypt

Upon arrival on the Cairo Egypt Tour your tour representative will meet you at the Cairo International Airport. You will enjoy a private, air-conditioned vehicle to your hotel, where you can rest and relax for the remainder of the day.

Day 2: Giza Pyramids, Saqqara & Memphis

After enjoying your breakfast, you will take an excursion out to the Great Pyramids of Giza, including the pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus. After that, you will visit the Great Sphinx, followed by the Valley Temple. After visiting the Giza Plateau and having lunch in a local restaurant you will visit the Saqqara Necropolis. This day of sightseeing finishes at the Memphis Open Air Museum. You will end the day back at your hotel, where you will spend the night.

Day 3: Egyptian Museum, Islamic & Coptic Cairo

In the morning, the first stop after breakfast will be the Egyptian Museum, where you will view artifacts from Tutankhamen, as well as other powerful pharaohs.

Next, you will visit Salah El Din’s Cairo Citadel, as well as the famed Alabaster Mosque of Mohamed Ali. Continue to Coptic Cairo to visit the Hanging Church and Ben Ezra Synagogue. End the day doing souvenir shopping in the vibrant Khan El Khalili Bazaar which dates back to 1382.

You will enjoy another night in your Cairo hotel at the end of the day.

Day 4: Free Day in Cairo/Optional to Alexandria

If you wish, you can luxuriate or explore the city during a free day of the Cairo Egypt Tour, or you can take the optional tour into Alexandria.

In Egypt’s second capital, you will visit the Roman Catacombs, the New Library of Alexandria, the Montazah Palace where Florentine design meshes with Turkish elements, and the Qaitbay Citadel, built in the 14th century. You will spend the night in Cairo.

Day 5: Final Departure

The final of the Cairo, Egypt Tour. After enjoying breakfast in your hotel, you will be able to transfer to the airport for your departing flight out of Egypt.
