Tap water is not recommended though because of the variances in local quality in the different cities. You can easily get the mineral water in bottles. Make sure the bottle is sealed before buying it.
The fruit juices could have water mixed in so be careful of them too. Be careful of milk too it could be unpasteurized. Make sure to buy it from a shop that has a good reputation. Hot coffee and tea usually is fine since the water is boiled for preparing. Be careful with the ice though.
